The 8th Annual Wild Ghost Chase was the most spirited competition so far in the Corporate Cup season. Despite a strong showing by the Litton team the Chevron Gaitors were able to scare up a first place finish in Division II. Chevron finished with a low score total of 10 points, followed by Litton with 26 points. The Postal team placed third with 30 points. 

Based on age standard ratio, Guy Truett finished second followed by Paul Wetterer in third and Tim McDaniel in fifth. In actual finish time the youthful Tim outpaced Guy and Paul to take second overall masters honors. Will Wright of IP in first and Paul Bergman of Litton in fourth prevented a three runner straight-sweep by the Gaitors. 
Chevron runners Mary Flood, Matt Parry, and Ron Goodwin filled the displacement slots with the seventh, fifteenth, and sixteenth places in the division. Other  team Chevron runners were Jimmy Hansel, Annette Ham, Kenny Ham, and Dana Wetterer.
