Team Chevron Rolls Down The Runway

The inaugural MRA Runway Run 8K took place on September 30^th at Brookley Airport in Mobile, Alabama.  Lead by Guy Truett, the Chevron Gaitor running team scored a first place finish in division II corporate cup competition.  Guy’s 30:58 finish time translated to a first place adjusted finish in the division.  Paul Wetterer and Ron Goodwin finished second and tenth respectively based on adjusted finish.

Jimmy Hansel, Annette Ham and Kenny Ham finished in the upper half of the division  and filled the displacement positions for the team.  Six runners can be scored.  The first three count toward team score and the second three drop or displace runners on other teams.

Other Chevron persons out enjoying the beautiful fall morning were Craig and Vanessa Goulden.   A total of 8 Chevron persons took part in the 8K event.
